FanChecked is an independent review platform that allows users to share their experience with content creators on third-party platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly and similar). FanChecked is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of those platforms.
FanChecked does not host adult content. The site contains only text, ratings and publicly available information about creators. Links to external platforms are provided for informational purposes only and FanChecked is not responsible for the content found on those sites.
Creators can claim and verify their own profile to respond to reviews and manage their public information. FanChecked also provides a support service (help desk) to assist registered users.

By publishing a review on FanChecked, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and perpetual licence to display, distribute and use that content within the scope of the service, including in anonymised form for statistical purposes.
You remain solely responsible for the content you publish. FanChecked does not pre-screen reviews and does not share editorial responsibility, while retaining the right to remove unlawful content.
Verified creators. Creators may claim and verify their own profile on FanChecked. By claiming a profile, the creator accepts these Terms and acknowledges that the reviews and ratings about them reflect the personal opinions and experiences of users, and are not statements of fact by FanChecked. Claiming or verifying a profile does not transfer ownership or copyright of any of the creator's content to FanChecked.
For any content a creator chooses to submit to FanChecked (such as replies to reviews, a profile photo, a description, or messages to support), the creator retains full ownership and grants FanChecked a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display and use that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. The creator warrants that they hold the rights necessary to submit such content.
Support communications. Messages, images and satisfaction ratings sent through our support service are used to handle your request and may be automatically translated (see the Privacy Policy). They are not published publicly.
You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur under your credentials. In particular:

You may delete your account at any time from the settings. Upon deletion, reviews may be retained in anonymised form in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
FanChecked provides the service "as is" and does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or currency of the information on the site. In particular, FanChecked is not liable for:
FanChecked's total liability to the user, for any cause, is limited to what is provided under applicable Italian law.
The logo, the name "FanChecked", the design and the site code are the exclusive property of FanChecked. Reproduction, copying or use of these elements without written authorisation is prohibited.
The names and logos of the platforms mentioned (OnlyFans, Fansly, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used solely for informational purposes.
FanChecked reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the updated date. In the case of material changes, registered users will be notified by email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the use of FanChecked, the parties elect the Court of Milan as the competent court, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
Reporting illegal or infringing content (notice & action). If you believe a review or other content on FanChecked is illegal, defamatory, infringes your rights or breaches our Review Rules, you can report it using the "Report" function on the review or by writing to privacy@fanchecked.com. Please include the link to the content, a description of the issue and your contact details. We review valid reports and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content — normally within a few business days — and inform the parties of the outcome.
Creator disputes. If you are the creator concerned by a review, you can claim your profile and respond publicly, and/or contest a review you believe to be false or unlawful using the same contact. We will examine your request and reply.
Copyright (DMCA-style notice). If you are the rights holder and believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to the address above including: identification of the work, the URL of the contested content, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement that the information is accurate. We act on valid notices and allow a counter-notice.
Digital Services Act (DSA). As a hosting service in the EU, FanChecked provides the reporting and complaint mechanisms described above and a single point of contact, privacy@fanchecked.com, for both users and authorities. We act on orders issued by the competent authorities in accordance with applicable law and may remove content that is unlawful or in breach of these Terms.

Pubblicando una recensione su FanChecked, concedi alla piattaforma una licenza non esclusiva, gratuita, mondiale e a tempo indeterminato per visualizzare, distribuire e utilizzare tale contenuto nell'ambito del servizio, anche in forma anonimizzata per scopi statistici.
Rimani il solo responsabile dei contenuti che pubblichi. FanChecked non verifica preventivamente le recensioni e non ne condivide la responsabilità editoriale, fermo restando il diritto di rimuovere contenuti illeciti.
Creator verificati. I creator possono rivendicare e verificare il proprio profilo su FanChecked. Rivendicando un profilo, il creator accetta i presenti Termini e riconosce che le recensioni e le valutazioni che lo riguardano riflettono opinioni ed esperienze personali degli utenti e non costituiscono dichiarazioni di fatto da parte di FanChecked. La rivendicazione o verifica di un profilo non trasferisce a FanChecked la proprietà o il copyright di alcun contenuto del creator.
Per i contenuti che un creator sceglie di inviare a FanChecked (come risposte alle recensioni, foto profilo, descrizione o messaggi all'assistenza), il creator mantiene la piena proprietà e concede a FanChecked una licenza non esclusiva, gratuita e mondiale per ospitare, mostrare e utilizzare tali contenuti al solo scopo di gestire la piattaforma. Il creator garantisce di disporre dei diritti necessari per inviare tali contenuti.
Comunicazioni di supporto. I messaggi, le immagini e le valutazioni di soddisfazione inviati tramite il nostro servizio di assistenza sono utilizzati per gestire la tua richiesta e possono essere tradotti automaticamente (vedi la Privacy Policy). Non vengono pubblicati pubblicamente.
Sei responsabile della sicurezza del tuo account e di tutte le attività che avvengono sotto le tue credenziali. In particolare:

La responsabilità complessiva di FanChecked nei confronti dell'utente, per qualsiasi causa, è limitata a quanto previsto dalla normativa italiana applicabile.
Il logo, il nome "FanChecked", il design e il codice del sito sono di proprietà esclusiva di FanChecked. È vietata la riproduzione, copia o utilizzo di tali elementi senza autorizzazione scritta.
I nomi e i loghi delle piattaforme citate (OnlyFans, Fansly, ecc.) appartengono ai rispettivi titolari e sono utilizzati esclusivamente a scopo informativo.
FanChecked si riserva il diritto di modificare i presenti Termini in qualsiasi momento. Le modifiche saranno pubblicate su questa pagina con indicazione della data di aggiornamento. In caso di modifiche sostanziali, gli utenti registrati saranno informati via email con almeno 15 giorni di anticipo. L'utilizzo continuato del servizio dopo tale data costituisce accettazione delle modifiche.
I presenti Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per qualsiasi controversia relativa all'utilizzo di FanChecked, le parti eleggono come foro competente il Tribunale di Milano, salvo diversa disposizione inderogabile di legge a tutela del consumatore.
Segnalazione di contenuti illeciti o lesivi (notice & action). Se ritieni che una recensione o un contenuto su FanChecked sia illecito, diffamatorio, lesivo dei tuoi diritti o in violazione delle nostre Regole delle recensioni, puoi segnalarlo tramite la funzione "Segnala" sulla recensione o scrivendo a privacy@fanchecked.com. Indica il link al contenuto, una descrizione del problema e i tuoi recapiti. Esaminiamo le segnalazioni valide e, ove opportuno, rimuoviamo o disabilitiamo l'accesso al contenuto — di norma entro pochi giorni lavorativi — informando le parti dell'esito.
Contestazioni dei creator. Se sei il creator interessato da una recensione, puoi rivendicare il tuo profilo e rispondere pubblicamente e/o contestare una recensione che ritieni falsa o illecita usando lo stesso contatto. Esamineremo la tua richiesta e ti risponderemo.
Copyright (segnalazione in stile DMCA). Se sei il titolare dei diritti e ritieni che un contenuto violi il tuo copyright, invia una segnalazione all'indirizzo sopra indicato includendo: l'identificazione dell'opera, l'URL del contenuto contestato, i tuoi recapiti, una dichiarazione di buona fede e una dichiarazione di veridicità delle informazioni.
